1.

What is the capacity of the venue?

The max capacity is 280. However, we keep it seated for 220.

2.

What all is included in the rental?

We provide tables, chairs, Ivory linens, Bridal Suite and Grooms Quarters.

Additional ceremony chairs are available.

3.

How many tables and chairs are provided? What are the table & linen sizes?

10- 6’ round tables that seat 10 people. Linens are 108”.

10- 5’ round tables that seat 8 people. Linens are 90”.

5- 8’ rectangle tables that seat 8 people. Linens are 60 x 126.

2- 8ft (18 in deep) rectangle tables for serving food.

500 white chairs available. Indoor chairs have padded seats.

What are the rental times?

All day events are from 8am - 4am the following morning.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The venue is wheelchair accessible, however the Bridal Suite & Grooms Quarters are not.

6.

How do rehearsals work?

We provide 1 free hour for rehearsal Monday-Thursday when the venue is available. 

Optional: 2 hour rehearsal dinner Monday-Thursday $300

What are the arch measurements?

78" wide  and  81" tall.

8.

Do we require wedding insurance?

Wedding insurance is optional, and can be purchased through eWed Wedding Insurance.

9.

Can I move tables and chairs around?

Tables and chairs can be moved but must be put back to their original position at the end of the event.

10.

How much is the deposit? When is the balance due?

25% of the total holds your date, so you can make payments along the way.

11.

Do you charge a damage deposit?

We do charge a $500 refundable damage deposit. This is added to the cost of the venue, however, it is returned to you, so long as there is no damage after your event.

What is the cancellation policy?

Deposits to hold the date are non refundable. Please see the contract for further details.

14.

Are there any decoration restrictions?

You are not permitted to screw, nail or hot glue to any part of the venue.

15.

What are the dance floor dimensions?

The dance floor is 48 x 12.

What types of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, money order or credit card. Please make checks payable to: The Josephina

How many parking spaces are available? 

We have 70 parking spaces.

18.

Is there a kitchen at the venue?

We provide a warming kitchen with a stove & refrigerator. 

19.

Do you charge a cleaning fee?

The cleaning fee is optional. It's $500 and does not cover tables and chairs, they must be put back to their original placement. 

20.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Unfortunately not, alcohol must be purchased through On The Rocks Beer Wine & Liquor.

21.

Do you provide a tent?

We do not. Please see our vendor list for suggestions.

Is the venue heated and cooled? 

Yes, there is a thermostat upstairs & downstairs.
