History
Rich in history, this property was given to Mrs. Josephine Hogan’s future in laws in 1872, then later to Josephine herself in 1939. During the spring of 1940, Josephine and her husband Dawson added this barn to the estate. Josephine resided on this property, with her husband, until the age of 93. In 1993 the property was sold to Charles and Sharon Rider. From that day to this the Rider family has tried to honor Josephine and the Hogan family, that is why we choose to name this venue in tribute of Mrs. Josephine Hogan.
